    Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a way to get help with emotional or mental health struggles through conversations with a trained therapist. You might also hear it called talk therapy, counselling, or simply therapy. It’s a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly about your thoughts and feelings, and work through life’s challenges.

There are different types of therapy, each with its own approach to helping you feel better. Whether it’s helping you change unhelpful thought patterns or exploring deeper emotional experiences, therapy can provide the tools you need to heal, grow, and move forward.

    Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses relaxation techniques to help you focus deeply and tune out distractions, similar to getting lost in a book or movie. In this calm, focused state, a trained hypnotherapist guides you to explore your thoughts and make positive changes, like managing stress or pain, or developing new habits. Over time, you’ll learn to use these techniques on your own for greater control over your thoughts and emotions.

Testimonials

  • I came to Audrey with intense anxiety about public speaking. After just a few sessions of hypnotherapy, I was able to deliver a presentation to a group of students successfully and have since hosted events and even started planning my own podcast. The confidence I’ve gained has been truly life-changing. Highly recommend!

  • I came to Audrey to address my anxiety and I felt a noticeable shift in my mindset straight after my first session and I can confidently say it was a transformative experience. From the moment I walked into the calming and welcoming environment, her bubbly and caring personality made me feel at ease. Audrey took the time to thoroughly listen and explain the process and answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable and informed about what to expect. She provided me with tools and techniques to use outside of our sessions, empowering me to take control of my journey. I highly recommend Audrey to anyone looking to explore hypnotherapy. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, overcoming a habit, or simply looking for personal growth, she offers a compassionate and professional approach that truly makes a difference.

Thank you, Audrey, for your guidance and support

  • Audrey helped me during one of the most difficult periods of my life and I can not recommend her enough. Being able to talk to someone so openly and to be given perspective on how I was feeling gave me the much-needed head space to carry on. I don’t say this lightly, when I spoke to Audrey, I was absolute rock bottom, and my mind and body were struggling to cope.

Audrey has such a calming influence and way of teasing out the information she needs to help you unravel the issues, there is no judgement, no embarrassment. Audrey gave me the opportunity to find the perspective I needed, to understand the situation I had found myself in mentally and the help to carry on.
