A 30-minute introduction call is offered for free for all clients
Following this, we can agree bespoke follow up sessions. Typical examples include:
A standard session lasting for 60 minutes costing £55.00
A stop smoking session single session for 120 minutes costing £110.00
(All sessions are designed for you and charged appropriately and, by agreement)

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, one that is shaped by you. The progress you make often reflects the effort, openness, and commitment you bring to the process. While the journey may sometimes feel challenging, know that this is a natural part of healing and personal growth.
Given the individualised nature of therapy, it’s difficult to provide a specific timescale. Each person’s path is unique, and sometimes, allowing space and time is essential to fully absorb and integrate the changes. Ultimately, the pace of your journey is in your hands, and together, we will ensure that you feel supported every step of the way.
